Many of our beans are grown on our very own 200-year-old family farm or sourced directly from our trusted relationships with farmers. We make sure every bean and every bag is single origin, because it’s not just about flavor—it’s about telling the farmer’s story and giving them direct credit for their hard work. It honors centuries of dedication to the craft while preserving the traditional methods of cultivation and harvest.
